Welcome to Nourish Intelligently, a professional dietetic and nutrition consultancy led by Neelakshi Singh, RD, UK-qualified Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist. By accessing or using my services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your consultation.
1. About the Service
Nourish Intelligently provides evidence-based dietary consultations, including:
- Individual nutrition assessments
- Medical nutrition therapy for clinical conditions
- Lifestyle and preventive nutrition counselling
- Online and in-person consultations
All services are offered with professional integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical dietetic practice standards.
2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments must be booked in advance via the official website, Phone call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Confirmation is provided once payment is received.
- Consultation slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Clients will receive appointment details and session link (for online consultations) prior to the appointment.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the session.
- Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, and authorised digital payment gateways.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable, except in rare cases of cancellation by Nourish Intelligently.
- Appointments may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged in full and not eligible for rescheduling.
- Package or follow-up plans must be utilised within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
4. Nutrition Plans and Follow-ups
- Each plan is personalised according to the client’s medical history, preferences, and goals.
- Nutrition plans are for personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or shared publicly.
- Clients are responsible for informing the dietitian about any new medical diagnoses, lab reports, or medications before plan adjustments.
- Follow-up sessions are recommended to monitor progress and ensure safe, sustainable outcomes.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- All client information is handled in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of providing dietetic care.
- Data is securely stored and will not be disclosed without written consent, except when required by law.
- By using the service, you consent to the secure handling of your data in compliance with professional confidentiality standards.
6. Disclaimer
- Advice provided through Nourish Intelligently is for nutrition management and lifestyle improvement only.
- It is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.
- Clients are encouraged to continue medical supervision and inform their doctor about any dietary changes.
- Individual results vary based on adherence, medical status, and lifestyle factors.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information regarding medical history, medications, and lifestyle habits.
- Adhere to the recommended plan and communicate any issues or side effects immediately.
- Schedule follow-ups regularly to assess progress.
- Refrain from sharing, reproducing, or modifying materials provided without permission.
8. Communication Policy
- Queries regarding meal plans, clarifications, or progress can be addressed via WhatsApp or email during working hours.
- Responses are typically provided within 24–48 hours.
- Significant modifications or reassessments require a follow-up consultation.
9. Intellectual Property
All written materials, plans, visuals, and website content are the intellectual property of Nourish Intelligently and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or republished without prior written consent.
10. Updates to Terms
Nourish Intelligently reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
